Queen City Bible College offers Christ-centered Bible training at a minimum cost. Only through gifts and contributions of alumni, supporters and friends is it possible to provide the biblical education at rates, which are reasonable and affordable.

The following terms describe the cost and fees associated with all programs of study:
Application Fee - This is a one time fee to cover the cost of processing and enrolling those who are first-time students. The application fee is non-refundable.

Registration Fee - This fee is paid by every student at the beginning of each quarter.
The registration fee is non-refundable.

Tuition - QCBC charges on a per credit hour basis for all programs of study. Tuition is the basic cost for instruction. These fees are subject to change.
Auditing Fee - Auditing students are charged one-half (1/2) the normal tuition rate per credit hour. If a student decides to change from an audit to credit basis the full amount of the tuition rate will be charge.
Graduation  - This fee covers the cost of matriculation expenses, and shall include
invitations, apparel (cap and gown) and diploma or degree. This fee must be paid in advance of graduation.
Re-entry Fee - This fee is charged after a student has been absent from QCBC for one year and wishes to re-enroll.
Late Registration - This fee is charged to students who register after the official cut-off date for classes.
Returned Check Fee - This fee is charged to students who submit a check that is returned to the school by the student's bank as "NSF" or "Account Closed."
