The requirements for admission described in this section of the catalog have been established, by the college as providing minimum qualifications for admission. The college follows an open admissions policy for those who meet the spiritual and educational qualifications outlined. All candidates for admission to Queen City Bible College must show evidence of Christian character and competent scholastic ability.

Spiritual Qualifications:
1. Successful applicants must give evidence of a definite born again experience.
2. The student shall subscribe to, or not be antagonistic toward, the Doctrinal Statement of Faith as outlined in this guide.
3 Successful applicants should embody a life of holiness and possess a teachable spirit.

Educational Qualifications:
1.    Undergraduate Applicants
A)    A diploma from a recognized high school or the GED is the standard educational requirement for admission to Queen City Bible College.
B)   Transfer applicants (Undergraduate) must submit official transcripts from every post-secondary school attended. Transfer applicants with 15 or more hours of transferable credit are required to submit high school transcript. Copies of transcripts issued to students may be accepted, if they are in a sealed envelope from the issuing institution and they are no more than sixty (60) days when received at QCBC. Transfer applicants must
enroll with at least a 2.0 GPA in order to be admitted on other than a probationary status.

2.    Graduate Degree Applicants
A)    Students enrolling in one of the Masters Degree programs of study are required to have an undergraduate (Bachelor) degree from a recognized college or university.  Students applying for admission to the Master Degree program of study, must submit an official transcript record of all, undergraduate credits. Copies of academic transcripts issued to students may be accepted, if they are in a sealed envelope from the issuing institution and they are no more than sixty (60) days old when they are received at QCBC.
B)    Transfer applicants (Graduate) must submit an official transcript from every post-secondary school attended. Academic transcripts issued to students may be accepted, if they are in a sealed envelope from the issuing institution and they are no more than sixty (60) days old when they are received at QCBC. Transfer applicants must with a minimum 3.0 GPA to be admitted on the other than probationary status.
