Registration
Students should register on the registration days, which are listed on the college calendar. Students must register before attending a class. Each student by the act of registration agrees to assume liability for the payment of all tuition, registration fees and book fees.

Admissions Requirements
The requirements for admission described in this section of the catalog have been established, by the college as providing minimum qualifications for admission. The college follow an open admissions policy for those who meet the spiritual and educational qualifications outlined. All candidates for admission to Queen City Bible College must show evidence of Christian character and competent scholastic ability.

Spiritual Qualifications
   1. The successful applicants must give evidence of a definite born again experience.
   2. The student shall subscribe to, or not be antagonistic toward, the Doctrinal Statementof Faith as outlined in this guide.
   3. Successful applicants should embody a life of holiness and possess a teachable spirit.

Educational Qualifications

  1. Undergraduate Applicants
     A)   A diploma from a recognized high school or the GED is the standard educational requirement for admission to Queen City Bible College.       
     B)  Transfer applicants (Undergraduate) must submit official transcripts from every post-secondary school attended. Transfer applicants with 15 or more hours of transferable credit are required to submit a high school transcript. Copies of transcripts issued to students may be accepted, if they are in a sealed envelope from the issuing institution and they are no more than sixty (60) days when received at QCBC. Transfer applicants must enroll with at least a 2.0 GPA in order to be admitted on other than a probationary status.

 2.  Graduate Degree Applicants
   
    A) Students enrolling in one of the Masters Degree programs of study are required to have an undergraduate (Bachelor) degree from a recognized college or university. Students applying for admission to the Master Degree program of study, must submit an official transcript record of all, undergraduate credits. Copies of academic transcripts issued to students may be accepted, if they are in a sealed envelope from the issuing institution and they are no more than sixty(60) days old when they are received at QCBC.
    B) Transfer applicants (Graduate) must submit an official transcript from every post-secondary school attended. Academic transcripts issued to students may be accepted, if they are in a sealed envelope from the issusing institution and they are no more than sixty (60) days old when they are received at QCBC. Transfer applicants must be with a minimum 3.0 GPA to be admitted on the other than probationary status.

When to Apply

The applicant is encouraged to apply for admittance to the college as early as possible in the summer for admission in the Fall Quarter. Apply as early as possible in the fall for admission in the Winter Quarter and as early as possible in the winter for admission to the Spring Quarter. Early application allows the college administration to work with the student in fully planning his or her academic program. Students may be admitted for the first time in the Fall, Winter or Spring Quarter.

How to Apply

   1. Obtain a copy of the Catalog Curriculum Guide; take time to read through it carefully. This will save you a lot of time and worry.
   2. Fill out the application form; answer each question that is applicable to you.  Please type or print clearly. Be sure to include in the space provided the name and addresses of your references.
   3. Mail the application formwith attached photograph along with any application and registration fees directly to the office of admissions.
   4. Submit a High School transcript or certification of high school equivalency. If applying for Master Degree, submit a copy of your undergraduate transcript.
