Policy Concerning Sponsorships A student's church, corporation, friends, or relatives may desire to pay all or some of his/her tuition and fees. The amount of payment will be credited to the student's account after Queen City Bible College has received proper authorization. Proper authorization is understood to be an official documentation from a church or corporation on its letterhead stationary stating the person(s) being sponsored and the amount(s) to be credited. This letter must be signed by an officer who is not receiving any part of the sponsorship and it must be an original document. For sponsorship from individuals, a formal letter is required. Such designated funds are not tax deductible. Sponsorship funds will be held available for use for one year from date of last activity. Sponsorship funds will be refunded only to the sponsor and only upon written request within a one-year time limit. Beyound the specified time, any unused and un-refunded monies will then be applied to the QCBC designed scholarship fund. NOTE! If payments are not current, the student may be placed on "Financial Hold." This means that he/she will not be able to enroll in any further courses until his/her account becomes current. Late charges will be assessed for all balances over 30 days past due. Policy Concerning Donations Funds given to the Queen City Bible College as donations, by institutions, foundations, churches, or individuals will be used for the purposes for which they were designated. Policy Concerning Spouse Benefits When a Bachelor's or Master level student registers for his/her courses of study, his/her spouse may register for an equal or greater number of Bachelor or Master level courses at 50% of the tuition rate. For each course the spouse pays the full amount of registration fees, book fees, and all other applicable fees. The spouse must apply for admission, submit all required transcripts and forms, and pay the application fee. |
